It doesn't mean anything, because it is not a Spanish word.

You would say, "How do you say 'restroom' in Spanish?"
And the answer would be: well, please look it up in our dictionary. You should also look up the word for 'bathroom.'

Restroom=(escuzado) or( bano publico) it means the same in English and Spanish, restroom,a room with toilets and sinks for public. And also the same for bathroom=(bano) a room equipped with a bathtub or shower and usually a sink and toilet.
