learning the alphabet

do i need to learn the spanish alphabet in order to learn spanish

It's probably a good idea. I learned it when I first started Spanish, (a year ago) and it's helped with learning how to pronounce and things like that. Plus it's not very hard to learn anyway because it's pretty close to the English alphabet.

It's a great idea to skip it. It will save 10 minutes of your life that you can use doing something really useful.

you dont really need to, but it does help if they ask how to spell your name or something like that. I've already been studying spanish for 3 years now at school. I rarely need it.
