¿Cómo me le va?

¿Cómo me le va?

¿Cómo estás?

¿Cómo has estado?

¿Cómo le va?

¿Cómo va?

¿Y tú qué?

¿Qué más?

¿Qué me cuentas?

I am familiar with all the above but twice in the past 10 minutes I have heard ¿Cómo me le va?

What is that all about?

¿Cómo me le va? means How are you, just like ¿Cómo le va? (How is it going with you?). Grammatically it seems to be more archaic and not used much in urban areas, at least according to the explanation in the link below:

But literally it means something like 'how is it going with/for you for me'. I am trying to get a feel for the expression, for what the 'me' adds and what it expresses differently to the more common 'Cómo le va?'. Fangs for the link. - afowen, Aug 30, 2011
Wow, that explanation is great! I agree with it. - LuisCache, Aug 30, 2011

I would say that "cómo me le va" is a short from of "cómo me dice que le va?" In Argentina we don't use it...

Thanks, that at least has a sense to it. I have only registered having heard it today and it struck me as odd, suggesting that, as I noted it, I had not heard it before and thus that it is not common here, in Locombia. - afowen, Aug 30, 2011
