What does estoy intoxicado mean?

Hello, does "estoy intoxicado hace tres dias" mean that he has been drunk for three days or can it mean that he has been intoxicated with something for three days? I appreciate any help with this, thank you.

In this context it means he has been drunk for three days.

If that was the complete sentence, it is talking about being drunk for 3 days....if there is more to the sentance that you are not telling us, it could be "intoxicated with love/hate" or many of the other ways we use intoxicated in English. But the grammer in that Spanish sentance is poor anyway...Present tense "Estoy" conflicts with the "hace tres días" (since three days)
