Spanish equivalent to "innit"?

Also, like, an equivalent to "like" when its being used as, like, an interjection? Thanks

There is really no equivalent (thank god) for the American use of "like" as a filler. There are filler words, but they are not used once every 3 words with no reason, they are only used as one searches for the correct word or phrase as one speaks. "Este" and "pues" come to mind.

As far as "innit" is concerned, I don't know what you mean by that... Is this just the opposite of "outofit?"
