How do you say "I'm turning (a certain age)"

Is it "Estoy volviendo de catorce años." or "Estoy dando vuelta a los catorce años.:

I believe it would be something along the lines of:
Voy a cumplir 21 años de edad.
I am turning (reaching) 21 years of age.

If you are 28 and you want to give the idea that you are getting closer to 30, you can also say "estoy llegando a los 30"
