i'm not sure what's proper in spanish, but in arabic it's "Eid Mubarak" and that should suffice to say to an observing muslim. spanish translation could be "Eid feliz" (happy eid) or "Eid bendito" (blessed Eid), since Eid Mubarak translates to "blessed Eid" in english
