1 Answer
Not all, but probably almost all of them. The ending -ic, indicating relationship, cause, nature and similarity, comes from Latin -icus through French, which has a tendency not to pronounce the end of the words, and this seems to be reflected in the English spelling, that ends in C to reflect the true sound. The same -icus ending ended up as -ico in Spanish, following Spanish' regular simplification of Latin.
