How to say "ceiling tiles, and floor tiles"?
How to say "ceiling tiles or floor tiles"? Like the ceiling tiles and vynil floor tiles in a school, store or office building.

paneles de techo (ceiling tile)
paneles de techo (roof panels)
techo de tejas (terra cotta roof tiles)
The problem arises because tejado (tiled roof) and techo (ceiling) are used interchangeably.
I assume that you are referring to something close to an acoustical ceiling tile that you would see in a drop ceiling.
loseta seems to also be used for floor tile. (as well as ceiling tile)
Loseta para techo suspendido fabricada con materiales reciclados
baldosa seems to also be used for either ceiling or floor tile.
Techos suspendidos: baldosas acústicas
Let's wait for someone from Mexico to tell you what they use there.
Kicking your thread back up the list hoping that someone from Mexico will tell us what they call a ceiling and floor tile there: loseta, baldosa, or something else entirely.
Different words are used for ceilings in different regions; in Ecuador, it is tumbado. I've never seen a tiled ceiling here, but I have seen hung plaster panels.
