Film and movie mean the same thing when referring to una pélicula. 'Movie' is generally said in American English and 'film' in British English.

There is another difference too. Film is what is put into cameras (ie before digital cameras came along), then developed to produce the pictures.

De menudo fuego y incendio quieren decir lo mismo en ingles. No diferenciamos entre fire y fire así. Billygoat te ha dado buena información sobre las palabras film y movie!

Estas palabras se pueden usar de ambas formas. Al igual con film/ pelicula. Tambien se puede usar grabacion para film.

I understand 'incendio' as a big fire or an arson. 'Incendio forestal' means forest fire

Fuego is fire in general, even you use it when you are asking for light, ¿tienes fuego?
