You can say..

Estar harto/a de (something)

Estoy harto (male), Estoy harta (female)

Yes, or "Enough already!!" which in some areas of the US is exactly what would be used for a high intensity "I've had enough!" -- Gets my vote, word for word or no. - TejanoViejo, Aug 27, 2011

EllenGibson it would be "He tenido suficiente" I found this in the translations though they may not always be right. There were three translations and I picked the first. Hope this helps!

P.S. If you click the home page you can type in English and it will give you the Spanish translation!

It also depends on he context, it could also be "ya estuvo". Possible even just "Ya".
