Todavía no tengo ni idea de cuándo se supone que tengo que usar español formal. Por este razón, no he hablado con las meseras en nuestro restaurante mexicano….Tengo miedo de que escupan en mi comida si me equivoco
I still have no idea when I am supposed to use formal Spanish. For this reason, I haven’t talked with the waitresses in our Mexican restaurant…I am afraid they will spit in my food if I’m wrong….lol (just joking…)

I don’t think this is a polite way to show your neighbour that you don’t like him. Moreover, now the whole neighbourhood knows it too . . . .
