My friend form Venzuela told me that a charming Spaniard I know( only too little) "tiene los labia". Sha said this means he is a good talker, i.e he has the gift of the gab, as the Irish say. Information please..,

I am familiar with "tener labia" (to be fluent / have the gift of the gab), but not that expression. In any case, "los" is masculine plural and "labia" is feminine singular, so the words don't agree. It looks like a mix of Latin, Spanish and modern English to me, at best.
