I have heard the words for great grandparents, even great-great grandparents, are the same pre-fixs applied going the other way????

Bisnieto = great grandson ???

From our dictionary:

bisnieto, -a

masculine or feminine noun

  1. great-grandson, great-grandchild (varón); great-granddaughter, great-grandchild (hembra)

The dictionary lists both biZnieto and biSnieto
