I would like to ask them in Spanish. Would this be the correct way to ask?

It sounds a bit like an instruction, although colloquially it is used to give informal commands and requests.
For a more polite and neutral approach, I would suggest:
Corrijan mi español, por favor.
(Hagan el) favor de corregirme en español (, por favor) - "Hagan el" is never omitted in Spain.
