Could you proof read my Spanish for me please?

Question

I am talking about next weekend, I say to my friend "I am going swimming, I know you like swimming, would you like to come too?"

Would this be correct? Or even close?

Iré a nadar y sé tu gusta nadar, le gustaría venir tambien?

Voy a nadar. Sé que te gusta nadar. ¿Te gustaría venir también?

I've also corrected the punctuation, and I guess that you are not using the formal and polite "usted" in this case, so I changed it to "tú". However, to make the sentence more "fluid" (especially by avoiding "nadar" twice in two sentences), I'd say any of these:

Voy a nadar y sé que a ti te gusta. ¿Te gustaría venirte?

Voy a nadar y sé que a ti también te gusta. ¿Te vienes?

Voy a ir a nadar o ire a nadar el proximo fin de semana y se que a ti tambien te gusta hacerlo, te gustaria venir conmigo o acompanniarme?

The use of the present tense to talk about the future sounds odd in English, but it is used all the time in Spanish, in informal speech, in literature, and under the most formal circumstances... to convey the idea of certainty; it is a standard use of the tense. It is actually more common than the future tense to talk about the future.
