How do you say it in Spanish?
For example: You don't have to beat around the bush, just say it!

I have read this one also before, for "don't beat around the bush" (get to the point or quit lollygagging):
"ir directo al grano"
= también:
"no dar vueltas"
So very similar in connotation as the rest! Hope it helps....
