Like, how would you say 5.35?
Is it cinco coma treinta y cinco?
And 1/20?
Is that uno vigésimo?

If you write it 5.35, it would be cinco punto tres cinco. If you write it 5,35, it would be cinco coma tres cinco. Here in Ecuador, the comma is usually used. If it is a price, it would be cinco con treinta y cinco.
1/20 can be either un vigésimo, un veintavo, un veinteavo--veintavo is most common here.
