What is the different usuage between tu and tuyo?

Tu (without accent) is your"" and tuyo is also your".

The possesive object with tu does not change the possesive pronoun´s gender, but it does with tuyo, ie: La casa es tuya / El coche es tuyo / Es tu casa / Es tu coche.
The gender in case has nothing to do with the person in possesion.
