Where can i find Spanish capitalization rules?

The orthographic rules have been recently updated, so it is going to be hard to find an up-to-date resource for this. Most rules are pretty much the same, but Spanish uses less capital letters than English. Some common differences to consider are the name of languages and nationalities (e.g. español), religions (e.g. islam), months (e.g. febrero) and days of the week (e.g. lunes), which are all written without capital letters. Also, in book titles only the first word is capitalized (e.g. Cien años de soledad).

The rest of the general rules are pretty much the same, so for example, after a period or at the beginning of a sentence, you have to use capital letters, and so must you with proper names, like George.

As Lazarus states some of these rules may be out-of-date, but if you want to know some general usage the R A E has articles on both mayúsculas and minúsculas. (when to use upper and lower case letters)
