Can't see the flashcards

Does anyone have any idea why I can't see the flashcards on my Windows 7 Laptop but can get them on a Windows XP desktop Computer? Do I need to download yet another program?

I am just taking a guess, but maybe you haven't got flash player updated on your Windows 7 Laptop?
