You should always try and use the translator first but since not all of the given translations are correct: Miguel, foster brother of Maggie.

Literally it means- Miguel, the brother of fostering of Maggie, It can be further simplified to- Miguel, foster brother of Maggie. And "fluently" in English it means- Miguel, Maggie's foster brother.
