Is there a spanish word for "Kookaburra"?

Question

A Kookaburra is a popular bird In Australia that makes a sound like it is laughing. I've attached a picture of it and wondered if other spanish speaking countries have it and therefore have a name for it.

The Kookaburras are in the genus "Dacelo". The common name is "cucaburra".

The genus comprises four species:

Dacelo novaeguineae - cucaburra común

Dacelo leachii - cucaburra aliazul

Dacelo gaudichaud - cucaburra ventrirrufa

Dacelo tyro - cucaburra escamosa

According to aboriginal legend ,the kookaburras famous chorus of laughter every morning is a signal for the sky people to light the great fire that illuminates and warms the earth by day.The legend captures the imagination ,but the true function of the familiar cacophony is to advertise the territory of this bold bird.They are the largest member of the Kingfisher family and are found only in Australia. The Blue winged Kookaburra also resides in Papua New Guinea but does not have the same raucous laughter. Copied from the book Birds of Australia. We have many on our property and they are truly uplifting.
