What do the words "squinkly" and "wasawasa" mean?

I've heard these 2 words recently on different telenovelas and I am not sure of the spelling (so I spelled them as they sound to me in English). I think the first one refers to a child, but I have no idea what the second one might mean.

The second word "wasawasa" could be two words "wasa wasa" which means "what's up?" or "what's happening?"

I also remember hearing the words on a children's program.

wasawasa

I have never heard this "wassawassa" but the other I guess it refers to "escuincle" and it is an indigenous Mexican word and it means "child/children"
