Exactly the same? From now on?
De ahora en adelante solo voy a comer hamburguesas.
Desde ahora en adelante solo voy a comer hamburguesas.
De ahora solo voy a comer hamburguesas. (can you say it without adelante and have it be understood?)
A partir de ahora solo voy a comer hamburguesas.
