From behind

From behind

How would I say "from behind". For example, could you move your car from behind mine? I assume "podrías mover tu auto de detrás del mío". "Por detrás" is from behind in other circumstances but would that make it "could you move your car behind mine"? It's been a while since I've driven..

Thanks. Do you know if por detras can be used and its meaning in this context? - bafalck, Aug 17, 2011
I'm not sure. Things with 'por' usually confuse me. I know that 'por dentro' means inside, so could 'por detrás' mean 'backside'? Could you move to my backside. Just guessing... - S1r_Wakka, Aug 17, 2011
