Adding Spanish accents and symbols on a keyboard...

Question

I saw a post on this a couple of weeks ago and now I can't find it when I need it. Can someone remind me where to find the easiest way to change the symbols?

To use accents on Mac computers, hold down the Option key, and while holding it down, type the letter e; then release those keys and type the letter that you want the accent to appear on.

For the ñ, hold down the Option key while you type the n; release and type n again.

For inverted punctuation press and hold the option key then press either the "?" or the "!".

I am not exactly sure how to do it on a PC! Sorry!
