I agree with gintar77.

"En mi opinión" sounds eerily similiar to "creo que". Therefore, you use the indicative!

It can depend on how you are offering your opinion.

I can use the indicative like this:

Es claro que necesitamos estudiar español cada día si vamos aprender algo.

but if I use a valuation that takes away or adds to my opinion, I would use the subjunctive expressing my opinion.

Es bueno que estudiemos nuestro español en contexto.

I think 'in my opinion' is what you would call a circumstantial complement so no smile
