It means: For me, as for me, to me.
In Spanish you have to use it to express your opinion between several opinions, for example:
Person 1- ¡Me gustan mucho los perros!
Person 2- ¡A mí no me gustan los perros!
Person 3- ¡A mí esposa no le gustan los perros!
Here it was used to show that it's your opinion, but if you just said No me gustan los perros it would also be correct
