Breaking Out of Beginner's Spanish book
I saw a post where a few seasoned members were talking about this book and thought it was very good, so I looked for it on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, etc.
I found it here on eBay for about $15 brand new to anywhere in the States:
I got one, but there are three left for this price.

The best book for learning Spanish! (until Laz gets his finger out and publishes his own, that is )
$11.67 shipped at Amazon. I read it once then mine got stolen. Lot's of good stuff in there, but too much to memorize. You gotta read like a page or two a day at most to remember it.
Gracias.
I got the Kindle version for 7.99. I love it!
Well, if you guys are up for it, I have uploaded the full PDF version of the book to megaupload, where you guys can download it for free. =)
Let me know if it works! I did a test download on my computer and it seems to be working perfectly for me.
I loved this book.
I especially appreciated the part that give alternatives to "coger" because I'm mostly in Latin American countries (where "coger" is to be avoided) and not Spain (where "coger" is part of everyday speech).
Yes, Amazon has many great books for taking your Spanish to the next level. But somehow it doesn't feel right if the price for shipping it to Europe exceeds that of the actual book. I guess this is pride messing with me. #&*$ PRIDE! Pride only hurts. It never helps. I gotta fight through that stuff. But since I still haven't finished my textbook on Conversational Spanish yet I guess there's no rush.
I greatly appreciated the book, but have been dying to ask some of our native speakers opinion about some of his observations.
Obviously, most makes sense and has already been written about extensively here on SD, but when I was in Uruguay, I found some things were not applicable there.
Thanks Tosh, and the other guys for the endorsements..... that's me off to Amazon for another couple of books
Everyone loves this book, it is like it is the holy grail of books on the subject.
