Well literally it means "dream with rivers of warm milk" but depending on the context I'm guessing that means "sweet dreams?"

edit: "lechecita" means "little milk" which is kind of a cute way of saying it I suppose

The word "lechecita" is the diminutive form of the word 'leche,' which means 'milk.' So "lechecita" would be translated as the noun "milky." The entire phrase that you are translating means "[he/she] dreams about rivers of warm milky."
