Do you mean ¿A qué hora te levantas? This means "What time do you get up?"
Me levanto a las ocho. (I get up at 8.)

Did you see this on facebook maybe ? In causal, written conversation people will replace V with B, because, in Spanish, they are the exact same sound !!! Like how we will say "do you no her." ( Instead of know)
