íSujétate bien! Hold on tight!

Sujétala - hold her. Sujétala bien. Hold her tight.

I don't know if that is what you are looking for.

Hola grin

"Hold good" is not proper English, though. Do you mean "hold well"?

For example, talking about glue, "Buy this glue! It holds really well!"

For example "it holds good for society as a whole but not for individuals".

So you mean like "to hold true"? Then in Spanish, you might say "ser válido" or "ser verdad".

I think Neoyf means "steadfast" to hold good,or something that is binding like a contract or your word e.t.c. I looked in the dictionary and found the Spanish word Fijo, I am no expert , but this seemed logical.

So the translation might be "es adecuado".

I found that the expression "hold good" means something like it "fits". For example "it holds good for society as a whole but not for individuals".

Thank you all!
