I was watching TV, and the woman said that she was doing all of this work for her ex husband "to get him to trust me again." and I was wondering how that would translate into Spanish.
Could it be these?:
- Para conseguir que me confie de nuevo
- Para que me confie de nuevo él
- Para hacerlo confiarme de nuevo (él)
Do any of these work? If not, what could it be?

No, none of them work, I'm afraid. "Confiar" is always used with "en" when it means to trust.
Para conseguir que confíe en mí de nuevo.
The way you were using it, using "me" directly, is used when it means to entrust/confide.
