Are there some people use Skype here to learn Spanish?
If there are people use Skype to practice Spanish, can I join it?

Yes they do and anyone can join in, I personally don't partake in them because I have an extremely slow computer and Skype doesn't work on mine. Message Heidita because as far as I know she's the one who lets people in.
*To message somebody, go to their profile and on the left side under all their personal info there will be something that says "Send private message". Click it
