Video Lesons and Common European Framework

Can anyone explain me what the relation is between these video lessons and The levels from the Common European Framework (A1-Beginner, A2-Elementary, B1-Intermediate, B2-Upper-intermediate, C1- Advance, C2- Proficiency). This question is because there are different numbers at the beginning of each lesson i.e. 1.1,..2.3, 3.15,...4,10. Are there different levels and if yes what are they. Thank you in advance?

There are several lessons. Each lesson is given a number starting at one.

lesson one is 1

lesson two is 2 etc...

Inside each lesson are sub-lessons and are given a sub number.

lesson one part one is 1.1

lesson one part two is 1.2 etc.

They have nothing to do with grades and proficiency.
