Tense is present, past, and future; mood is indicative, subjunctive, imperative. The sentence now is ok, and yes, si can be followed by the subjunctive (si tuviera, si fuera), just not the *present* subjunctive (si tenga X, si sea X). - Deanski, Aug 12, 2011
