Trouble adding flashcards

For the last few days, I've been unable to add flashcards to my set. Is anyone else having this difficulty?

I'm still having the same problem....
When I click "Add Words", nothing happens.

Yeah there's been a problem with the flashcards but I think it's ok now. Check out this thread
