It looks to me more like "lo que pasó, pasó" which would mean "what happened, happened." Is there more context?

Ps. Mi primera respuesta, me da miedo =| Haha.

My guess is something more on the order of, "What's done is done." I.e., it's done; it's over with; nothing can be done about it; leave it alone, etc.

I also would also advise waiting for a native speaker's response.
