Just a guess: I don't like to brag (I'm not one to throw my weight around, but does that mean brag? I don't know)

NOt familiar with this expression. Where did you see it? - Gekkosan, Aug 11, 2011
In an episode of Archer. What's up Gekko! Delighted to see you man. ;) I'm about to start taking some Spanish classes (like Spanish for Medical Personel) and I'm gonna be on here a lot, so real good to see you. - jeezzle, Aug 11, 2011
I wonder if it means a shot putter, like the guy at the olympics who throws the shotput around. - jeezzle, Aug 11, 2011
I'm just dropping by for a quick look-see. Still not actively participating. :-) - Gekkosan, Aug 11, 2011

Well yeah... but that's the literal. I thought Jeezle meant some slang expression. This is a "lanzador de bala" in any event. - Gekkosan, Aug 11, 2011
I don't know, that show is beyond my abitilty to grasp more than about 60 percent of, so I can't tell if he meant that or an idiom. - jeezzle, Aug 11, 2011

Hmmm, is it true that lanzador de peso and lanzador de pesa are identical? Both meaning shot-putter in English? How about being un lanzador de pacas? Anyone ever done that for a living? jeje tongue wink
