Spanish Food - Rick Stein's Spain

¡Hola!

I noticed that the full series of "Rick Stein's Spain" has been uploaded onto BBC iPlayer and I thought people might be interested.

Episode 1

I've watched a couple and I think they're fairly interesting. They're kind of bog standard Rick Stein format, with a bit of culture and a few nice panoramic views of mountains and things - but not that much Spanish speaking involved raspberry

I don't know if people outside the UK will be able to watch them, and beware that seeing as it's iPlayer they'll be taken down after a few weeks, theoretically they should be on YouTube too though.

Enjoy!

I love Spanish food but I can't understand why their sausages are soooooo horrible!

That's interesting, because I've always wondered why the English sausages are soooo horrible, especially if we compare them with the Spanish ones; I guess it is because the seasoning is bad and they fill them with flour. My wife is Chinese and she agrees too. Obviously our taste buds work in a different ways.

Lazarus, you must be joking! English sausages are wonderful! Oh well, I suppose this is the very first time I must disagree with you :P - billygoat, Aug 11, 2011

I love Spanish food but I can't understand why their sausages are soooooo horrible! We don't have many English culinary delights, but I must say, our bangers (slang for sausages) are the best grin
