When using "nosotros (let's)" commands, we conjugate the verb to the present subjunctive.
Sigamos - Let's continue.
A common expression for "let's continue" using "seguir" is...
Sigamos adelante - "Let's carry on." or "Let's keep moving forward."
...The rest looks fine to me.
"¿Seguimos?" - "Do we continue?" "Shall we continue?"
"¿Sigues? (¿Me sigues?)" - "Do you follow?" "Are you with me?"
"¿Lo pillas?" - "Do you get it?"
I hope this helps, Jeezzle ![]()

Something interesting related to this question that you wont find in many books is that nosotros commands like ¡Sigamos! are actually considered more formal than the more common command you would hear ¡Vamos a seguir! Something you would use in a situation where you don't know everybody so well.
FYI Maria says Seguimos - Is more like I thought, Moving right along. Whereas Sigamos is more like asking, should we move along now?
