I would say "Te extrañamos y eso incluso que ya te acabas de ir"

but I think

Y eso que te acabas de ir

Is what would be said more likely, without the incluso. But I think it works better with incluso, are they both right or is it wrong with incluso? Gracias.

I think it would sound less cluttered to say "Te extrañamos aunque apenas te has ido."

I would not use the incluso, maybe aunque te acabas de ir.....(although you just left)
