Sorry I didn't address the 'noun' bit of your question before - I think you would just use 'golpecitos' - dos golpecitos de los zapatos de rubí.

I think the verb to tap is tamborilear but I have also see taconear for your feet but I think that's more like stamp or just to have your heels clicking.
