Hay varios tipos de aprender, uno en inglés en kinesthetic. Supongo que la palabra en español es cinestético. Necesito una definición exacta en español para esa palabra.

That word hadn't been introduced (or maybe not even created) for learning styles in Spain many years ago, but similar terms were used in physiology and psychology before, like "cinestesia". I assume that the term you enquire about is indeed "cinestesia", and the definition must be pretty much adopted from the English one.

I am currently working on a project for which having the Spanish equivalent was necessary for the English: kinesthetic; and after much research I have come up with what seem to be several variants. All of which were found in dictionaries and through online sources and references, so I offer up:

cinestético,
cinestésico,
cenestético, and
cenestésico

I suppose that this example would best be compared to having 2 English variants for adjectives, i.e.,: fantastic and fantastical, however, if anyone can point out if these "Spanish translations of kinesthetic" have different meanings, or shades of meanings, or if any of these are preferred, are more widely recognized or accepted as correct, are more popular, or are simply wrong, I'd be glad to learn of it.

Language in all its nuances, is a sort of connundrum and puzzle, which can keep us on our toes.
