What does "oquis" mean in the phrase "por no venirse de oquis"? I can not find it in the dictionary. I hear Mexican people use this word.

venirse (de) -> to come back o return (from) (volver)
Putting those together it might be something akin to::
...for coming back without paying/being paid.
