Does the subjunctive follow "no te importa que...."

Example:

No te importa que yo te dijera que mañana puedo verte? You don't care that I told you that tomorrow I can see you?

According to this site it , at least, can take the subjunctive. It does not say that it must.

Verbs Followed by the Subjunctive

  importar(le) que - "to matter"

In your particular example, however, I would say that it does take the subjunctive since you are not informing/declaring about the fact that you can see them tomorrow as you have already told them that. The emphasis is on the subjective reaction to that fact (that they don't care that you told them).
