This didn’t seem to get a serious answer, so I will try to stimulate one:

I am a beginner, so these are just my thoughts:

Licensed medical professional= (profesional de la salud con licencia, profesional de medicina con licencia)

The exam is conducted by a licensed medical professional.

El examen (médico, clínico) es (ejecutado, realizado) por un professional …

La revisación (médica, clínica) es (ejecutada, realizada) por….

If you prefer active voice:

Un profesional de la salud con licencia realiza el examen médico.

(A licensed health care professional performs the medical exam).

or

Un profesional de la salud con licencia realizará el examen médico.

(A licensed health care professional will perform the medical exam).

Questions unanswered by me:

Are either of my basic terms correct?

Is “examen” or “revisación” preferred, and is an adjective necessary?

Is “realizar”, “ejecutar” or some other verb best?

What voice/tense would be most natural?

I sure hope so! If not, then I´m not about to drop my drawers and show my wares!
