How would one say "health plan?" Is it the same as "medical plan?" Gracias.

To be honest...in all the spanish speaking countries I have been in, there is no such thing as a personal health plan (at least not that is availible in the rural areas).You could say medical insurance maybe? or medical investment? Im curious to see what other people say.
