There is most definitely a Spanish translation.

¡¡Supercalifragilisticoespialidoso!!

Here's its German and Italian equivalent, too.

We probably don't have it in our dictionary because it's a made-up word that rarely would make sense in an everyday conversation.

After the wind changed and the chalk washed away, Mary Poppins apparently flew to France, not Spain. So the Spanish language lives without it.
